Executive Coaching

Available as one-on-one or one-on-one for an entire team

  • One-on-one space to problem solve and thought partner around individual issues, leadership challenges, etc. 

  • Build continual knowledge of critical diversity, equity, and inclusion topics

  • Interrogate your practice to ensure alignment with the best DEI & anti-racism practices and disruption of white supremacy culture characteristics

 

Packaged as a block of sessions that are either time or budget-bound:

  • Determine the length of time you want support, or

  • Determine the budget you have available

 

YOUR INVESTMENT

Session blocks based on an hourly rate of $300–400/hr.

Based on a sliding scale depending on organization’s operational budget.

 

*If you are interested in Executive Coaching but finances are a barrier, please still get in touch. We can work together to find funding from your organization.

PROJECT BASED

Length varies, but typically a three-month commitment

  • Customized to meet the specific needs of your group, broken into phases, and tiered options of support levels

  • Can include:

    • Training series: Building shared language with across a staff group to ensure baseline understanding of foundational topics

    • Office hours: Where staff members are supported to make meaning of and apply learnings from the training

    • Executive coaching hours: With founders/senior leaders to help them as the key decision-makers to effectively lead with equity

 

YOUR INVESTMENT

Varies, but is based on an hourly rate of $400/hr. Typically $25–$30K for six-month commitments.

 

POSSIBLE TOPICS

  • Align part of programming (recruitment, fellowship, mission, and values) to DEI value 

  • Evaluate past decisions against anti-racist commitments

  • Making decisions rooted in anti-racism practices

  • Living out the vision and values of your organization

  • Learning concrete skills to share power with staff and external people

  • Considering their intersectional identity marker in all that they do, etc.

  • Clarifying the journey and stages of the DEI and equity work at your organization

Trainings & Workshops

Typically in groups — can be for teams of 3-–25 people. The following pricing is reflective of that:

 

INTENDED OUTCOMES

  • Building shared language as a collective

  • Becoming more reflective learners

  • Understand foundational topics and how they connect to specific work

STANDALONE

Minimum investment $3,500–$4,000 for a 2–2.5 hour training

  • In-Person

  • Virtual

 

THREE-PART SERIES

  • Three (2–2.5 hour) in-person and/or or virtual trainings on topics aligned to your need

  • Optional, but highly encouraged prep work AND continued learning 

  • Preparation (1 hour) and debrief (45 mins.) sessions

  • Interrogate their practice and content to ensure aligned to best DEI and culturally responsive practices
