Executive Coaching
Available as one-on-one or one-on-one for an entire team

One-on-one space to problem solve and thought partner around individual issues, leadership challenges, etc.

Build continual knowledge of critical diversity, equity, and inclusion topics

Interrogate your practice to ensure alignment with the best DEI & anti-racism practices and disruption of white supremacy culture characteristics
Packaged as a block of sessions that are either time or budget-bound:

YOUR INVESTMENT
Session blocks based on an hourly rate of $300–400/hr.
Based on a sliding scale depending on organization’s operational budget.

Length varies, but typically a three-month commitment

Customized to meet the specific needs of your group, broken into phases, and tiered options of support levels

Training series: Building shared language with across a staff group to ensure baseline understanding of foundational topics

Office hours: Where staff members are supported to make meaning of and apply learnings from the training

Executive coaching hours: With founders/senior leaders to help them as the key decision-makers to effectively lead with equity

Varies, but is based on an hourly rate of $400/hr. Typically $25–$30K for six-month commitments.

Trainings & Workshops
Typically in groups — can be for teams of 3-–25 people. The following pricing is reflective of that:
