Authentically Me
A joint partnership between Rachel Vicente Consulting and ShiftED Consulting that began in 2022.

This six-week virtual fellowship focuses on supporting women of color looking to define their authentic self in their career and explore how both white supremacy culture and internalized racial oppression impact their competence and confidence at work. This dynamic cohort is designed to support the unique development needs of women of color.
